It's a religious society with the pug as their symbol. Y'know, those tiny dogs with the cute wrinkly faces? [(hei voice) kito] And they're open to whoever wants to join, men and women.
My Gramps was friends with a member, so I got to crash an initiation. [he starts grinning...] I've been to a lot of ceremonies before, so I figured it'd be more of the same, y'know? Sharing wine or shaking hands, that kind of stuff.
But when I got there, I saw a whole bunch of people wearing dog collars, barking and scratching at the door and pretending to be puppies!
