[lavi is in fact, on campus, living out his dreams of being a normal booknerd at university and you know what -- never mind that because now he's hearing some kind of explosion? that's in fact nearby? and for a brief disorienting moment he thinks he's back in DGM, reading books while the science division blows stuff up.

so naturally, that means he nyooms on over to the lab and pushes open the door. does he get hit with smoke. is there fire. what has date DONE]
