I keep feeling emotions outta nowhere and they don't stop until I talk about it.

I noticed that as well. It seems to happen randomly.

In any case, how often do you feel these surges of emotion? Maybe we can find a pattern to it.

I've had five so far, all of them negative emotions. Two were out of the blue, one was because of where I was, and the rest because of what we were talking about.

I see... so, it's a mix of random, but actual legitimate ones.

The emotions are bad enough, but having to tell people about 'em...

Don't know if it's better to just hide, or tell someone quick and then run off.

It may depend. If you go a long time without talking to someone, does it mean the next time it happens it's worse?
