[ and yeah, she could just fly her mech up there, could even cart them both along. but this is the best option. so she just takes kon's hand and leads him over so they can sandwich lavi between them. ]

[ there isn't a bit of resistance when dva does this, except to make sure she has his right hand so that she can hold onto it and keep it snug.

and then he just brackets lavi on the other side to hold onto them both. just :snow: ]

he at least doesn't fck up the landing with this bottom behavior though, slowing their descent to a stop so they can hop off safely onto the roof.]

dva just giggles as they take off, watching as the city streets get farther away. she thinks to herself, about how nice this is, actually... to have them both back like this and going on adventures together. it hasn't even been twenty four hours and she's so fond.

[ this is probably why yoru is being babysat by someone else like uriel or persephone. kon tightens his grip and moves in closer as they go nyooooming up into the air, laughing at the rush and also at lavi's hubris.

Tokki is to me, what your hammer is to you, actually. He can fly around, take down the bad guys, and get me out of rough situations.

it's a nice sentiment, and Lavi's tempted to take the out and agree, like the liar he's trained to be. But he owes more to the two people standing next to him, who chose to stand here with him -- for reasons that he's still afraid to know (and he can't say that he doesn't, despite how enormously stupid he comes across).

[ kon was going to say something, about how things are going to go. about how no matter what, they did their best, actually, and hard work will pay off. all of that. he's not a motivational speaker type, but damn if they didn't do all they could.

and then lavi does this.

he headbutts him for a second time. except it's more of a tap, a bonk, than an actual headbutt. he does not rear back this time. just bump, in front of dva's salad. ]

['people don't like me', he'd said it before, but he's not going to say it again. He doesn't want to get into it, not when neither of them have asked anything of him yet. they might just be fine with liking him, maybe that's all they need.]
