So I think there's maybe three possibilities here. One, Anis, or Mathis did it -- they learned of the plan from out of our stray thoughts. Maybe even Kanda's. [ Since Mathis basically stuck to Kanda the whole night.... I don't think any of us invited him like Anis, or Izutsumi ]
Two, it really was one of us. In which case, swapping around or taking someone else's would be easy. [ she is obviously not fond of this option ]
Or three.... I guess maybe Kanda did throw his balloon, and someone went back to steal yours and plant it on him. But he probably would have had a little glitter on him if that happened....
