I dunno the exact story. All I know is that they used to be just like you and me, and then they woke up with memories of a thousand year old being. Kinda like waking up with years worth of trauma that isn't yours, but now it's in you, so it becomes you.
It's not their fault, but the line gets blurry real fast when you start thinking that way.
