So how did you end up like this? Did that person put up a fight, or did you all just disappoint whoever was running the thing?

...I think it was set up so that no matter what we did, it would follow the memory. I know I said we had autonomy, but only so much?

There was an enemy we had to fight at the end, which we could because we were more powerful after having our souls merged. But she was kind of like... an event. We didn't get to see whoever was behind all of it.

What sort of enemy was she? Something like a demon, or...?
